OKRE Development Fund
The OKRE Development Fund was a pioneering initiative providing financial support to early-stage, imaginative, meaningful and collaborative entertainment projects across film, television, videogames and audio.
It helped lay the groundwork for a new model of collaboration between the charity, academic and entertainment sectors, demonstrating how research, expertise and creative development can come together to shape more informed, impactful storytelling.
Running from 2022 to 2025, the Fund helped establish an approach that continues to inform OKRE’s work.
Since 2026, development funding has been available exclusively through Creative Cohort Labs.
